i tried download castle clash from nativex for 8 plats but didnt work i retried but monster warlord worked and i need the plats cuz each offer gives more plats so please STS fix this

I had the same problem, It turned out that when you download, for example I download castle clash for a free platinum offer, 8 platinum, I do it and got my platinum, then I figure maybe I can uninstall the app and do the offer again, you uninstall it, I go to look the plat offers, castle clash is right there, i click download again, it downloads, I open the app, I didnt get any plat. The app data has already been saved to your device, you wont be able to do plat offers youve done in the past. Maybe youve done that plat offer in the past?
