When the "detonating arrow" proc happens if the mob that it procs on dies before the 5s timer (or whatever it is to detonate) the proc/explosion doesn't happen - not sure if it's intended to be like that or not but I think if I stick someone with a detonating arrow & they die its still gonna explode ;)
