Armor Issue

Not sure where to post this, but I'm just curious if it's intended for the lvl 35 voodoo robe to have more armor then the lvl 50 cosmos robe? Seems imbalanced to me.

And lol Chron -- this lvl 35 robe has 42 armor -- that's only 2 less than power armor and a lot more than cosmos.
