missing a quest?? help!?

I been working on a secondary account and i cannot access kraken mines..i completed the whole game, beat all bosses and have the Gleipnir..and for some reason when i go to explore on the boat it wont let me.. she says.."Bloodhammer is still out there and until we have recovered the artifact he has discovered we need to stick to safer water..Come back to me once you have the power of the Gleipnir....Did i miss something? Hope someone can help

It says :
Quest: Power of Gleipnir
Accepted: Gypsy Rose
Description: Find the source of Bloodhammer's power
To complete: Defeat Captain Hately or Captain Bloodhammer
Turn in: Hemingleva's Tomb
Reward: 500g, Sorcerer: Wizard Locket of the Tides, Rogue: Carnelian Amulet of the Tides, Warrior: Amethyst Pendant of the Tides

Go to Skull Cover and kill Captain Bloodhammer. There should be something on the ground to pick up.

Thanks Delphina! But i beat bloodhammer 3 times now and same with captain..even had numerous friends try to help and they cant figure it out either. all gypsy Rose offers me is a daily quest, even when i beat she has no other quest to offer..I am stumped on this one.

You need to make sure you have completed all your other quests also.
