Stat Points for Low and Mid characters

hi Legends,

if i start with one of the three classes.
we have the following stats: (caps are the Main stats per Class(if i'm right:cool:)
DEX -(str) For Archers
INT - (dex) For Enchantresses
STR - (dex) For Warriors

so (for example) if i use an Archer, should i use all stat points for DEX.
is that wise to do so? or split them with str aswell?:confused:

Deps on the build. It is known for any dex build though, that full dex is much better then some str unless your an archer and you want to put 12 int for the 1 m/s bonus.

Pure warriors want 154 Str and the rest dex.

Int classes want 154 int and the rest dex.

Dex is the king stat, so most builds revolve around putting the minimum amount of the stats to use their gear, then putting the rest in dex.

so use stat points to gear up and the rest go in DEX?
that's simple then.

interesting fact though..
played some mmorpg games in the past.(Lineage2 and Aion)
are there Armor Set Bonuses as well on PL??

dex doesn't work in mages favor though. Also Dex is only the king stat if your going for that build. Personally I am a dual equipted Nuke Pally. I can equipt cosmos and Rift armor without needing to respec. Int on a mage is much more important than dex because int raises how much damage you do and your spells do. Dex also raises the chance of hitting critical WITH spells but when you get to bosses you don't hit many criticals with spells. Int is almost a 100% guaranteed hit on a boss with high damage.
