What's the best gear n how to spec lvl 16 Rogue for PVP?

I need your valuable advice on how to spec a lvl 16 rogue and what best gear to equip for PVP. I'm new in PVP but wanted to give a try in this game:).

Any advice on how I should spec my rogue? Currently My passive i hve put 4pts on dex, 3pts on int & str each and the rest on skills 2pts on aimed shot n 2pts on heal, 1pt on shadow piercer, I wonder if this is ok?

For a top twink rogue this is is the gear you need to buy:
A tarlok set of POTENCY(armor, helm, amulet).

A wintermancer ring of warfare.
(Dex type)

A dev bow of potency

Total cost 1.2m-1.4m


*Remember that having top gears doesn't mean 100% win. :)
