25 to 26 because I think at lower levels, the purples will suck too much to actually kill somebody before you run out of mana.

As I twinked for long at 7/8/9 since season 2, i wud like to suggest delphina to consider 5/6/7 and 8/9 a zone rather than 9/10. cuz as by my game experience there's massive disbalance in game currently than before since hellish and tarlok came out. For an example: a maximum damage a rogue 9 can get is 63 with all super gemmed gears with 1k hp whereas at 10 is 80 with 1.3k hp. I think sts should take this as in consideration for managing the difference. Moreover, tanks at low levels are seriously op that even 2 rogues will take ages to take him down.

7/8/9 its a unique bracket with a lot of resources making level 8 twinks capable of having different builds because of the low skills on hand and proving that twinking aint easy.

I suggest 5/6,7/8,9/10,etc... this two lvl system simply because gemming the gear @ 9 adds Exceptional +3. This alone, not including gear bonus of lvl and your 5 points for lvling just adds up to quite a stat spread.
Also devs implimented the 3 lvl tier system because they wanted matches to populate quickly. WELL IT WORKED! PVP IS PACKED, its awesome! But now since we are more popular than ever... add more balance please by making a 2 tier system.
Lastly add one rule simple rule to CTF. The team capturing the flag must also control their own flag at their home base.

Either of these systems would make.the game more fun.

allowing legendary items will favor lvl 26 more and put average players on disadvantage as some of the best gears(legendary) are quite rare too. Epic items will really make it fair and challenging to both lvls. :D

1. 10-12 is a very popular pvp bracket.
I'd prefer this to 9-10. (I suppose a lot of people voted 9-10 for lvl 10 only, not many do lv 9.) While many people pvp at lvl 8, dont think lv 9 pvp is very popular owing to the release of Tarlok armors starting from lv 10 and matchmaking in pvp. So I suggest the bracket should be 10-12 instead of 9-10.

While I agree with your statement that tarlok get has created imbalances in lower lvl pvp, this is also apparent between level 19/20, 14/15, and 24/24.

And basing of what you said about how unbalanced classes are at those low levels, I don't think anything below lvl 10 should even be considered based on your own statement.

The level 25/26 bracket is very competitive, and takes a lot of skill simply because of how powerful the classes are. Here, mages warriors and rogues are almost equally strong whereas at lower levels this is not the case.

Talking about the consideration lower levels have more pvpers than other levels and I suppose every players of different class seeks equality and balanced stats not like one class being superior over other. U twink at 25/26 doesn't mean u ignore the fact that class balance is not necessary at other levels beside ur level. Dev team has already a sign of it and hope they will balance somehow at the near update.

I could. But anyway, 25 and 26 is not a very well thought out choice..26s have hooks and myth..25s dont but 27s do. The only reason someone would even think about going 25 would be to fight 23s. This is a massively unbalanced bracket, as well as 9-10 as lamb said, since lvl 9 doesnt get tarlok gear.

Also there are HARDLY any 25s left. I haven't seen many rebellious (come to think of it, if they still exist) and even then most went 26. I strongly suggest this bracket to be changed to 26-27.

Agreed. As far as I know kill farmers won't even dare to step up as it is completely based on 1v1 where most people are there. This candy punch goes to the *** army dummy farmers.

Tarlok gems were cheap during the event where 8s players should have grabbed plenty enough for future gear management. Just I can say that, the right move was not taken during the winter event. And yes, tarlok gem absolutely covers the level difference from 8 to 9. Thanks to devs team for making tarlok gems a bridge to overcome differences. Unlike level 9 vs 10 where the damage difference is like 17 points which is massive big bang difference.

Yep,I'm saving much tarlok gems during winter event,I just thinking about the others who don't.Because not all lvl 8s save much tarlok gems,I think ratio for who use and who not is like 1:4 between tarlok users:normal gem users.Beside that,I have practiced with some 9s and I think it almost impossible to beat 9s,ratio for win:draw:lose to me is 1:3:2.I don't know about others 8s experience when they fight 9s.(Sorry for my bad english)

I don't think so u need to rage out here to mention 8 is under shadow in terms of upgrading system as u also get 3 (2 dex 1 int)add points from 1 gem same like lvl 9s. Obvious that higher lvl has slightly more damage and there's no need whining.

1 Level makes a HUGE difference.

I fought a maxed out war lv 16 1vs1 with my Lv15 war and i lost 5-2.

I fought another medium war at Lv 16 and won 5-0.

It all depends on your skill, your gear and the class your opponent is for example.

A maxed out lv 15 war rarely beats a medium Lv16 rogue.

I didn't say that 25s didn't exist. Of course they do. I'm just saying they're less common. And for killing hooks, it's not actually that hard if they don't know what they're doing..if they proc you when you curse them then they die (hooks has bleed proc).
