I think you need to get that checked out.. Lol it just means you hit a spot in wifi or where ever you are on connection that isn't good and is a lag spike

I believe the Ping number is how many milliseconds it takes for data to reach STG HQ and back. If your ping is not showing or quickly increasing, it means you are lagging really bad with your connection and if you reach 120k ping you get disconnected from the server.
