Sts should not ban for bad words. But mutes could be changed into 12 hour mutes, since it wont get you banned.
Thats how supercell does it. If you talk crap in Chat game will sencure those, but if you keep talking, people will report you and it ends up in 24 hours mute. Its like 10 reports in 15 minutes and you get muted.


OR Just use forced chat filter, and hearts as sencoring instead of *** stars

I think there is a number of mutes allowed on a single account untill the account gets permabanned. If that its correct, then they trying to get rid of old players??? Since an accidental mute is easy to get, accidents happen..there s a guy who posted recently about getting banned for no reason at all, he mentions that he hasnt get an answer why. If i still see this sorta things happen. Im afraid i will have to mute every player on game. It will save me from saying things "right or wrong". Its the only way out. Just shut up and play :/ sigh.......
