Is the tribal gear permanently on store?

If these stuff are going to be discontinued, i want to buy some of these so when will the event end?

Probably when the expansion after the next one comes, they will go away. Until then, you're probably good.
So no, no rush at all.

Tribal vanity will be removed from store when the lvl 51 expansion is released.

51. Or even 46 maybe .When a new expansion arrives there will be a similar set relating to that expansion
