I've already sent sts support an email stating that I don't want e Grimm that I payed for and had no response. I have already said how I don't like any of its abilities or stats and that I want it turned back into an egg ;( it's been like more than a week, please turn it back into an egg, my name in game is Bloodbite.

You have lvled it? If so they wont turn it back into egg.

If you already leveled it and used it, you're pretty SOL. But if it is still level 1, you can email support and it is up to their discretion on whether or not they will refund you.

Its not like Grimm is new. If you bought an egg from a 3rd party you are basically SOL. If you HAPPENED to have bought Grimm as egg with plat During the Halloween event, and saved him til now for some reason (i.e speculation). Maybe you have a case.
But you should have known all about Grimm by now and his pros and con's.
