One big conclution that I saw is the next:
Grimm : 64276
Stats : 64278
slag' stats : 64282
Grimm is the same version of slag, ( ability stun ), stats same.

Theorically Grimm should be stunning but the chances are so low he stunned 1/10 when i tested him in pvp (sometimes even 0/10), practicaly negligeable.

What my friend is trying to say is that Grimm is either a slag or Sammy clone since it shares the same happiness bonus as slag, but also has Sammy banish ability.
Not sure how abaddon comes in to play? Looks?

Well, let me put this in layman's terms! Grimm is a little bit of both slag and Sam, but Sam and slag separate do it better.
If I had to choose, go with Sam if you have the gold, or go with slag. Right now I'd be hard pressed choosing slag or Scorch. I'm leaning towards Scorch, but both are highly recommended! Just save your gold/plats until you get what you want. Don't settle!
