Ok all AL players you guys might have heard of the delay of the Dragon Enclave Expansion. If you havent, that's why i'm here. Spacetime Studios producers decided that would be best to postpone the update to mid_march so they can perfect on it more, and to ensure it's consumers will have no bugs on the game. They have also announced that you can expect a double xp weekend, higher the rate of some bosses to get achievements, increased rate of rare drops, and boost the AP count for those who try to aim for the Leaderboards. They have also said that they hate doing this to the players and will leave you with items. Such as the Scorch mythic pet the Singe Arcane pet, tribal vanities and Extra starter kits........I have posted this thread to get you guys or girls opinion on this decision.(YES, NO, MAYBE SO)

Well I can understand why it was done but that was a giant slap in the face seeing it was only days away but at least they make it up with all that double xp and stuff we are getting

I would rather they take their time and make it good rather than see a bunch of bugs pop up everywhere.

I am fine with it. i prefer a smooth game without bugs and exploits..
And most importantly i can't really get immersed in the game till mid march cause of my exams at school.
So it is a Win/Win for me :)

While I agree that it's good to have a refined product rather than bugged Wraith Heart, glitched Krom etc, I don't understand why STS announced the expansion so early (2 months in advance or so?). It only further ruined the market that was ruined already by the events and helped nothing.
From farmer's point of view, this is the worst period in the game ever. Don't get me wrong, I love AL, but I see how difficult it is even to cover pot consumption for poorer players when almost no elite loot sells besides hard weapon maps.

Keep in mind that they are in Texas and they got hit with snow for the first time in ages. Going to the office may have been tough in recent and they were trying as hard as possible and remained optimistic about being able to finish in time, but they recently had a new idea to implement for the expansion and thus the delay.

I don't mind even if it has no impact on the final product. I'm patient. With the other legends games, you get used to playing with no certain goal - expansions aren't necessary to keep having fun.
Just put on Micah's song, and run random levels with some friends. All you need.

1= log the AL,
2= daily quest for 3 char..
3= if a old friend is on, chat a little..
4= log off and wait the new cap...
again counting 3-4 week to enjoy game...

Try making a new toon and level it to 36 without any aid from the main or from your friends! Will help ya kill time!

Can't tell if your op was part troll part truth or you misread the announcement. So to clear it up: rare drops are not increase, your not receiving any of the items stated but they are available for purchase (not sure starter kits dont member that part), only elusive 4 will get a increased rate of showng, the aps for these 4 are not boosted its stay the same how often they show is increased to help people who need aps for leader boards. Heavily mis informed post and dont feel like rants they didnt get such and such. Wouldve been easier to just copy and paste so ill do that too

Hi everyone,
Today I want to update you on the status of the Dragon Enclave expansion for Arcane Legends. Work is progressing on the expansion; however we have more that we want to do and it won't all fit into the time left in February. So, we are delaying the expansion's release until mid March. This will to allow time to ensure an awesome expansion. That really is the bottom line for us. We hate having to change up dates on you, our customers, but we really want you to have a rockin' good time playing Arcane Legends and more time will help to do just that.
Between now and when Dragon Enclave goes live, we have some fun things lined up for you, including:
• Expect a Double XP weekend in early March to help you get to the level cap before it increases to 41, or to level up your stable of pets or alts.
• Scorch, the Mythic rarity version of Singe, to appear in the Stable for purchase.
• Elusive 4 weekend where we increase the spawn rate of the Bosses needed for the Elusive 4 Achievement for those who are chasing Leaderboard AP.
Remiem will be posting more details about the above items over the coming days and weeks. Also, we will have more details soon about items and itemization in Dragon Enclave, including the new Arcane rarity item that will be in the expansion.

All I can say is, AS LONG they are letting us the community know what their plans are, and for them to delay for more perfecting, is nothing to hate on nor is it a bad thing, to me yes I want now I want now! But no, I would rather say give a bonus month for them to perfect it is a great thing.
Don't cry, its a but less then a month now, at least your getting crap loads of content all news things, yet in Pocket Legends, not a single thing has happened for over 1.3-1.4 years... Besides attempts at fixing lvl and stats, didn't help all that much.

I wish the drop rates were better though! I'm barely covering pot consumption these days...
I'm at the point where I just gave away a freshly looted Entombed Hammer of Warfare to a guildie because no one is buying it, it's not worth the listing fee and it's value is below 100k in auction. A month ago, that baby would have been worth 3 to 4 times what it's worth now.
Market is so bad I'm just giving away Shade, Noble and most Architect gear to randoms in town because I have no hopes to sell it.
Yeah they could probably announce an extra month later then expected and warn the community, but if they are all goods with releasing early then that is a great bonus/surprise for us wouldn't it?

there are effects on each announcement, i hope they only announce "the fix thing", at this case, first announcement already ruined market at cs. I think 2/3 weeks is fine to sounding about expansion.

Wow. I hardly go to elites anymore except when helping guildies get APs, especially Elite Inan'hesh because of his "Bat Stash". It's so pot consuming and yet unrewarding :( I cry for the notable Entombed Hammer of Warfare.
