Dear sts i purchased platinums before 5 days and i also been send few pm's"contact us" with confirmation number and everything else what need and didnt get any answer yet. honestly it's startin to be little bit annoying of waiting so much time.
Also im wondering why this take so long?

The support doesn't work on weekends (usually).

I have now on my message for platinums status it say: "Resolved" but i still didnt recieve platinums
Im confused

Strange, what exactly does it say? That the ticket is being read or something else?

It say only for status of message"resolved" but before was there status"new" and it say it was updated yestrday last time... That is when they changed status... Probably they my message but no answer...
And btw this is not first time i purchased platinums. I did same everything like before. Only before they solved issue in 2 days. And now is almost 1 week.

Usually When i purchased platinums last time and when i got them on my account.
They put status on message"closed"
But now only"resolved"

Resolved means it's been/being looked into, doesn't guarantee the issue mentioned has been solved.

If it isn't fixed by the end of today, I would contact them again or PM a mod here on the forums.
