For NativeX contact support. I have never tried but have done it with TrialPay and they gave me the plat. Click on 'Need Help?' in the lower right hand corner.

If you do this you will get your plat within 2=3 days guaranteed. As long as you don't send hatemail lol, otherwise you might as well forget that plat

I tried that kobo one, omg took me 14 days to get the plats.. u need to show em online receipt and stuff :)
