A bonded gem is like it said bonded to the item, it gives more bonus to the item then a normal crafted gem.
u can only use it once!

I believe you mean a bound gem. That's the reward from the crafting tutorial quest. It's not better than a regular gem, the only difference it has is that it cannot be traded/sold.

If you're talking about bound gems, bound gems are gems that arent tradeable. These gems are given by a quest from the blacksmith in kraag i believe. There is nothing special about them. They're the same thing as ordinary gems. They dont give any extra bonuses nor better the chances for super gems.
