What pvp range of lvl21 or lvl25/26 has the biggest pvp player population. I've pvp'd @lvl15 and spend too much times searching for matches. I'm looking for the most competitive pvp in the level ranges of lvl21 or lvl25/26. I've seen 3 guilds listed in forums on lvl21, but no guilds from lvl25/26.
Looking for help from what lvl My fellow gamers think has the biggest pvp population/competition in the levels I wrote above.
