Which pvp players lev either LVL21 or LVLs25/26 has the MOST active/competitive guilds and pvp'ers in your opinion? Looking to find non stop battles in TDM & CTF arenas.

PVP LVL 25/26/27 is two major guilds. Decimation and Blacklisted. The reason I say 27 is because basically all of Blacklisted are 27.
Some of the other smaller ones are Rebellious, and Sons of Master.
This level bracket is either full of nonstop clashes or it's completely dead depending on the time of day. It's challenging but hellllaaaa fun
