I'm not exactly sure if this has been already proposed, since I'm not on forums too often, but my suggestion for the 3 year shield is that for every year the design of the shield changes! So 3 year has one design and all 3 year veterans have the same design, but when it becomes 4 years for those people the shield changes design. So what I am trying to say in simpler terms, because I don't feel like deleting everything I just said (Laughing out Loud), Each year has its own separate design!
