Which Would You Choose? The Secret Alternative Arcane Legends Logos

We dug into the Spacetime Studios vault and found some art from the early planning stages of Arcane Legends. These alternative logos were all potential options before we finally chose the logo that you see in game today. What do you think? Which would you have chosen?

Simple in it's greatness, warm colours and outer glowing makes the feeling of fire and the stony sword emblem is completing the crest. Regards to maker.

The vectors are shining, and there is also a rendering-light point hidden behind the 'flame' on sword.

The ''blade'' of the sword makes me feeling it is 'forging' now in hot hot hot flames of nordr forges.

I think 2 is the best visually, but i will say as a criticism that the emphasis on the sword gives off a very class specific vibe - meaning that it under-represents the other two classes. And im not entirely certain how i feel about the flames (?) that are emanating from it, it looks like a necessary, but unnecessary detail used to create more interest in the crest and lighting.

The rest of them, while good, are either too cartoony or ordinary for my taste.

The one we have currently is undoubtedly the best of them all and brilliantly selected.

I hope you realize that AL isn't ONLY about the upcoming dragon expansion, it has other things as well. I voted for #2 as well, but if you ask me, the current logo is fine.

I chose number 5!

It was between 2,4,5 but I think number 2 orange background isn't very appealing for this kind of game, and number 4 needs a bit of pozaz!

Number 5 is, how do I put it... In my eyes the sword says it all and the way legends is normal but the chosen font for arcane suits it well also keeping it fairly simple with the colours.

P.s I am not a creative thinker, let alone a decent drawer :) but I reckon deadroth could have a good attempt at this. From past experience, I think you should let deadroth and beelzebob have a contest and maybe juicymango XD

#2 looks more relevant to AL as a whole. #1 and # 3 has a dragon image and al definitely isnt about dragons til the next expansion, #4 has a funny dragon-griffin crossbreed and #5 is the 2nd choice. #5 is good but #2 just looks better for me.

Number 2 seems to be the strongest, though the circle logo and the type do not seem to work together quite as strongly as they could. I think part of it is the spacing; if you want to have the type at the bottom then maybe raise the sword a bit so the type could be placed a bit higher/closer to the circle logo. It's never easy to compose a circle logo with straight, horizontal text and make the complete image seem balanced. The circle/sword itself is really nice, though.

Number 5 would be my second choice. I like the badge/frame and the sword but I'm not sure the type works/flows with the rest of the design and I may have worked the glow around the badge rather than just around the sword.

was looking at 2, 3 and 4. went with 2 in the end, cos it goes well with current AL symbol.
Others, design wise, look great too, just need some fixing to the coloring.

Number 2 stand out to me. Its brightly colored and eye catching.

However, I would really like to see the A in Arcane stay as it is in the current one. Without the Horizontal line. That has always been my fav part of the game logo.

Definitely not 1 and 3 because are too old style, which suits better for older games like 2008/2010 they re so outdated.

4 and 5 are cool but maybe too much detailed and for me their style goes too far from AL design.

The one fitting more it's 2nd. Simple, nice structure and colours :)

The current logo of the game looks as though it’s rogue legends instead of arcane legends . The 2nd logo according to me is really nice & should replace the current game logo.

Second one. It is simple, symbolizes might, I like the warm fiery colors and the upwards vertical aspect of the sword (unlike the one on the fifth option); also I like logos that have symmetry.
The others either remind me of GOT (due to the dragons :D) or are too complicated for a logo.
