Scorch problem

My scorch pet is level 32, his passive ability says he damages multiple targets and has a chance to reduce movement speed by 30% and so on

The problem is he doesn't damage multiple targets like it says he would. Someone please check this out. Thanks.

My scorch is now lvl 35 and he is damaging multiple targets. Maybe i was on something :/
