Rhino halp please

I'm starting my first rhino, exciting. I'm going to start at 20 pvp and probably work up slowly. I haven't seen all the skills yet but I know about half of them are buffs, or "chance" of buff. Please help me learn rhino and which skills are important. Should I be dex, int, or str starting at 20? Thanks in advance.

L20 Paladin 3 Piece Plat Pack. It takes like 62 str. I suggest 62 str, rest int. Int gives mana regen, gives Holy Tempest a boost in dmg, and heals you more when you use heal and redemption. Plus you can use the Fine Crystal Ring of Life. (1h/s, 3m/s, and like 3 dmg.) You'll want all the mana regen you can get. Here's a few skill builds.

6 Vital Force
6 Guardian
1 Charge
1 Redemption
5 Heal

Or

6 Vital Force
1 Guardian (for getting out of roots)
1 Charge
1 Redemption
6 Heal
4 Holy Tempest

I personally like the Holy tempest build better, thats what I used. I guess its up to your playstyle.
