View Full Version : Gems don't seem to make that big a difference

I'm a warrior class. I have a Legenary L25 armor (Mighty Berserker). With 1 Blood gem, I have

323 str
262% bonus dmg
3833 Health
95.6 Damage
122.9 DPS
1111 Armor

When I add a second Blood gem, I get 3 more strenth, and my stats change to this:

326 Str
263% bonus dmg
3863 Health
96.2 Damage
123.7 DPS
1111 Armor

So, there's VERY little difference in stats by adding a gem. That seems odd, doesn't it? I was hoping/expecting for a bigger buff. I mean, look at the difference:

+1 Bonus Dmg
+30 Health
+0.4 Damage
+0.8 DPS

Does that improvement make much difference in battle, at all?

Take that and apply it to helm, weapon, ring and amulet. Also the tarloks gem add +2primary stat and 1 bonus
And also there re grand gems

There's a lot to play and it sure makes difference at game when used wisely

That 1% counts. You'd be surprised.

If you are all legen, and all your gear is gemmed, you get (2×3).5 plus base stats from that gear when equipped. Which is +30 str. I think that's quite a lot. Also gives +300 health. Now if all your gear is super gemmed, you get +60 str than normal gear and +600 health than the normal gear. Which is quite a lot.

Hope that helps :)

1 or 2 normal gem wont make diference bt maxed out normal gem i.e fully gemmed helm, weapon.....,amulet makes vast difference.
and maxout grand gemmed guy is a beast LOL. 6strX5= 30str which is 30str more then a none gemmed guy.
