I met a guy named heynobbzs in travelers post
Heynobbzs:hey give winter vanity or me banned
Me: what?
Heynobbzs:give winter or me banned
Me:you'll ban me?
Heynobbzs:yes
Me:ok wait
I ran in stash and putted all my items in it then
He said he already reported and after that i deleted my character my char is lvl 10

Exacly you need report about him for sts... Bcuz some peps getting banned like that...

Why do you delete your character if someone tells you something like that? Similar as when someone asks you for gold. Why would you give it to them?
You should toughen up. Be more like:

There are many people who troll in towns. Even if he did report, you wont get banned. After a sufficient amount of reports only, there is a chance.

Um, you can have a bazillion reports against you -- the WEIGHT Of the reports does not matter if you did nothing wrong. Did you do anything wrong?
While I delete a lot of toons, I would never imply that I deleted due to being bullied...
Nothing would've/will happen to you. STS reviews all significant reports (which is why reporting someone in-game wont give an immediate outcome). If they see that a player is maliciously reporting other players without a valid reason, they will suspend the players account, or even put forth a ban for that character. Reporting a player is a serious thing. It's like calling the fire department when there's no fire (you'll get in trouble for wasting their time/money). For the record, reporting someone is not reporting their character. It's reporting their account. But you have nothing to worry about because you didnt do anything wrong.

Never believe ppl that make you banned because dont give items, they just want to scam you and lying

I just put on 'ignore'
Also, i had scam for 5 m, someone scammed me few months ago, nvm, but i made case, reported, explained, and nothing. Scammer is still in game, richer for 5 m ;)
Reports r just useless so better do not waste time on them.
You'll only get nervous of writing mails to suppourt :D
