Dragon odds

Tried for mitas 9 times.... if these are the odds I'll never spend another dime on any STS game, and I've spent quite a large amount. Anyone else got the rip on this too?

P.S.- support check your email, 4000 plat($180USD) is insanity

Mitas is pretty rare. Also, the odds are random, basically everything is purely based on luck.

Maybe u can get refunded. Just ask nicely!

Always polite to support, I see it as a sour business transaction, perhaps they can sweeten it up for that kind of commitment. I know there's people who have spent more than I have, but not many

Allow me to explain this again. The Dragon pack does not guarantee you the Gold dragon. EVER. AT ALL. It does state this in the item description that it only gives you a chance at the dragon. You could purchase that dragon pack until your entire family has to file for bankruptcy and you still wouldn’t be guaranteed to receive it. If that is not acceptable to you, do not purchase the item pack any longer.

This would be true, but search the forum. There are at least a dozen others who bought half as many as me, and failed. Support gifted them a Mitas and refunded some of their platinum. Just wanting a little equal treatment for the investments I've made.

So I was told by support there's nothing they will do for me, even though multiple others were helped with this. STS should treat all customers as equals, and until this happens, I'm out. Gf PL.

here is the funny thing; a friend of mine got it in his first try and he was not even aware of the chance of getting mitas. He just thought mitas is included to the pack.

I had gotten mine first try lol. I had 700 plat at the time and I just wanted Argos, so I bought it thinking mostly of getting Argos+other dragons lol. I was kinda surprised.

Mitas should be in every pack as an incentive to spend the extra on the combo pack instead of buying just one same as overtime and cousin christie. As it stands I'm afraid to waste the money on more minotaurs just to get overtime since I didn't get him first time around. Now if I could pass off pets to my other toons on other accounts I might reconsider but what are you gonna do with 42 dragons? O.O

So you knew there was only a chance (not a guarantee), and you bought 9 packs. Then you emailed the devs, already knowing there was nothing they could do because, as they and many others said several times, it is not guaranteed. So then you complained some more, even though STG change policies all the time and everyone knows that, and said you were done with the game. THEN AGAIN you bought some more packs and didn't get Mitas (even though you said before you were done with the game), so you complained even more and again said you'd quit because of it. Now I wonder if you're going to come tomorrow saying: "Wow I bought 20 packs already, gg STG I'm done with PL."

I tried 6 times for mitas, Sadly was never given him. I did how ever email sts and they refunded me 500 plat so that was okay i guess, PS: Still want mitas :p

Plague, you may want the gold dragon for a 60+ twink or something, but honestly if you have every other dragon already you might as well craft a red, green, or blue one. Your 76 bear has the potential to be one of the best ones with its 3 pc ring and egg. Don't quit, you'd be wasting your huge advantage. Tbh the gold dragon set doesnt even look that nice. Just go with one of the the other colors and you'd already be pretty stacked

I had a case with this recently also purchasing 8 packs to get him, and knowing that other people have received the refund and that people have been granted Mitas on 3 packs only does make people feel like they aren't being treated as equals.
I understand that they are now saying something different by saying it's not garunteed, but people know it's been granted before and are wondering why it is they can't be given the same sympathy.. This game needs a little pep in it's step, little things like this make a big difference to a community.

All this being said, still love the game, just an honest view of the situation.

Yes and this is the better case of their policy changes. I remember when one guy (not going to mention his name, but he's still active) made all his money because he got gifted the extremely rare l56 obed xbow set (worth about 25m back then) and then got it scammed by his pixel gf while it was clearly all his fault, and not only did sts not ban him for sharing acc info, they actually duplicated the set so he got it back, and his pixel gf later gave him the original set (another 25m profit, he literally made 25m just because he was naive) and sts did not take either of the sets away or sanction, no punishment whatsoever for sharing his info... The policy changes are funny, people make money like this and others who haven't broken the tos in 3 years get perma banned for swearing.
