Arcane jewelries

Hello I'm back and suggesting again....

I suggest that in the next expansion there will be an arcane amulet or ring...
WHICH gives 5% luck or 5% damage or 5% reduce damage or 5% speed and somthing like that...

Or make it a quest reward which will make the item non tradable and non stashable...

It won't be a good arcane ring/ amulet then, since it doesn't give good stats and is way to rare. Why would someone buy an arcane item wich is realy rare for a lot when they can buy a leprechaun pendant??
