i was playing in dead city outkirts and for some reason it said quest taken : stormy seas even though i didnt start kraken yet and does anybody know how to put a picture on my profile?

Its a quest from a Commander in City of windmore..that quest is obtainable after lv20+ I think and its not a bug ...you got quest from a wrong person
