I have a lvl 34 mage. My current hp is around 2450. I still get one shotted from the king blue crab and various other bosses(Frostir, etc.). How much hp is needed for me to survive these attacks? I have gone with a full int build. 5/5 might passive. Can a full int build survive attacks from these bosses? What recommendations do pro mages have for the survivability of this class?

Protip: Don't play in the red zone.

Better gear would help. Usually pro mages have 3000+ health and 900+ armor. Mages are squishy in general. If you feel sorcerer isn't the class that fits you, switch to warrior.

Food for thought - A fully Mythic Rogue with 1400+ Armor and 3k HP can be one hit by many bosses.

Moral of the story - avoid the red zone or shield, because Sorcs cannot survive the windup hits.

for survival or tank mage use 5:1 int:str build.
and max might passive.
which will strengthen ur shield to a great extent.
also at lvl35 u need atleast 2800hp or if 3k its better. u can do elite maps too.
my lvl35 mage has 3.2k hp and 310dmg.
not that mch bad as m using very cheap pink set which gives int nd str.
nd using str pets :)

Shield. stay out of attack area. Spam pots if you get caught in red area. And stun the boss. Slag/Clyde, etc

the blue crab in kraken does his red zone attack after he drop his traps on the ground so what i do is i do a fake run up to the boss and turn back just when his red zone appears and you should dodge it also if you can time your shield right (f you use shield) you can let his attack hit you in the 2 seconds invunerabilty period.

Pro Tip: Good news! Because most of mages attacks are long ranged you dont have/need to play in the red zone.
