This is a known and easy glitch where player can avoid the boss' (Director Bot) cutscene. The emote box won't appear neither. It is commonly used to save enhancer time.
It is easy to use the glitch: entering the boss' room by sliding. I mean, you must stick to the wall and move to the boss without leaving the wall. The left wall is commonly used to avoid the cutscene.
