New Conquistador Weapons and Armor now comes from Locked Grand Crates of the Watch.
Previous Shuyal Gear has been removed from Locked Grand Crates of the Watch.
The Elusive 4 Elite Monsters have had their spawn chance increased for this weekend. They are still pretty rare, but you have a better chance to find them and complete that achievement.

the previous shuyal gear are the devourer stuff, meaning dev bow, armour and helm. so i guess theyll be better. if i was you open locks on your twink the new bow(rogue)/hammer(warrior) should be better than the shuyal weapon i think tarlok will still be superior though.

LoL that was just a pic i edited to underline the emotional state of a locked opener going hype from knowing there is new loot in the crates...

I on the other side did resist opening my lockeds infact i sold them for some sweet gold.

I HAVE FEW PLATS AND I WON'T WASTE THEM GAMBLING. (actually i don't know what to do with them).
