I listed a Jacob's Helmet of the void in the exchange for 99999, I didn't play for almost a week and when I logged in the item was gone and now money was added to my account

sometimes the CS is bugged and simply doesn´t show the items. quitting and re-entering the shop usually fixes this, or switching between "pending" and "complete" tabs...

i had a good scare or two because of this myself ;)
