Samhayne has a thread about the new armor coming soon. He also said it might have sparkles.
Just a suggestion. He can make it called Gratitude armor and then craft the gratitude shield and Helmet to make it sparkle.
Or equip Either the shield or Helm + The armor for it to sparkle

No. It will sparkle by default or it's not satisfying, plus it would only support old players (which is what the 3 year vanity will be for).

Like set bonus sparkles? Or just shiny sparkles like the acrobats tamer hat from l60?
