Wat ia the first lvl cap for pvp and max lvl available at that cap lvl starts from 1 till wat lvl

Im not sure if i understand your question, but the first lvl cap of the game was 16. Then they added 5 to it in every expansion, to where it is currently 36, but it will be 41 sometime this month.
