Hacking?

just now I login in game.Suddenly it disconnected.I thaught is game error so I login again.After stay about 1 minute in town,disconnected again.It happened about 4 times in a row.I am sure that was not connection problem.Was there someone trying to hack my acc?

Happens to me before. Server problem I'ld say. Was thinking the same thing too. But so far I've not been hacked.

I have experienced that before, but it turned out my boyfriend was accessing my other device (iPhone) since he wanted to play A.L. as well. So yep, imagine the loop of being disconnected and relogging back in lolol. For security purposes, I suggest you change your email as well!

If you disconnect like how you describe. It could be someone using your account, it's a possibility. I have more than two devices and if I log on my tablet then log onto my phone my tablet will disconnect. You simply cannot have two devices running the same character at the same time.
I suggest you change your password and If the problem still occurs try checking your network or reinstall the app.

Well, I've heard of 3 people being hacked last month, so perhaps something is going on.
Do you have tradable mythics or arcanes? Maybe the hacker just looked into your account and found nothing valuable to steal? Or they figured you were on and decided to wait.
I certainly would uninstall all applications that I don't trust (possible keyloggers or reading AL's data directly from flash memory), then change password.

But theres one thing that I dont understand.If the incident happened was really due to being hacked,why they know my email?and how they hack it?my pass at that moment is 20 digits!

Happened to me as well and I have asked myself the same questions my friend. Unfortunately in my case it was too late to change the password as I already got items stolen. STS didn`t see any security issues on their side, so either there is a way to sniff out, or there might be an issue even STS is not yet aware of.

Hope the bad guys gets punished and hope no one else will experience this.

Common guys hacking a Online game is the toughest work they had to complete go into the core work to hack it and it's not possible and STS have a great protection setup.

It could be an unstable internet connection. I've experienced it before. Try pinging google.com and see if you get some RTOs.

Well I don't have my devices rooted, and I don't check "remember password", so I feel safe.
I'd say if "anyone" could be hacked then AL would be closed by now. It's probably something that does not happen to everyone, such as, say, downloading one specific application to a rooted/jailbroken phone.
