Well this will probably end to a huge fail, by the way i feel so exited about the up-coming TRON movie and have nothing else to do (sunday, snow,..) so I tried to design some PL gears on this theme (well only mages for now). :)

I don't expect any of these to be implemented, since they don't fit any theme of the game, it's just for fun (maybe it should be in a Fan-art section, though..)

And for now i'm mostly wait for:
-Pvp improvement
-Use any item as a vanity (please,please,please!)
-Items preview when buying/trading
-etc.. lol.

And of course I has to do with the theme. Looks like the cosmos, but like evolution form of it.

I like the color scheme of the black & blue one. Not so sure about covering the face, tho. Doesn't seem very Mage-like to me, more like a thief.

Btw, the black one kinda resembles the STS logo. Maybe we need STS-inspired items?

Looks great. I especially like the attached hood -- more magelike than the current look (most Mage hats look like peasant hats).

Well, Birds are sexiest class in game. With these sets, Devs wont need to worry about hybrids anymore, everyone will go for the Awesome Looks of these items.

Oh and still on the mood, i just posted a DIY Bear Thread (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?14161-Make-your-own-BEAR!-%28Fan-Arts-Designs%29) here lol, i included files so anyone can design his own bear super easy =)
It's based on the actual character proportions in-game (i've just redrawed over a screenshot) maybe i'll post Bird and Mage too later, if some are interested.

Well I'll bet the devs have a few more additions for ao3 yet. Remember shock lances? Apep? Dark matter? Yes if there is an expansion, here is an idea for them to use.

Also, if running out of names, maybe you can revive the cyber armor series lol. Archaic robes of cosmos, cyber suit of void, bionic plate of rift... Hey works.

And about capes, since the game-engine has no cloth system, ( or not activated yet?) capes would be a bit rigids :/. That's why i ended with wing-like armor and necklaces.
In other way the game feature awesomes shader rendering (spells, orbs, fire, smoke,etc..) and some great texture works (Especially in AO3.)

I hopes more shaders will be introduced! Water, lava, fog..? And higher definition textures on items (especially shieds and robes..)

Oh and here's the story:

Since he has been nerfed, the Ursan warrior has been in trouble, one day the Overlord slashed him in two pieces, he lost his chest and eyes on the battlefield, but since he can use semi-ranged weapons as this extendable mace, he's fine again!
The mage is now uber-powerfull and with her Spacetime Staff, nothing can stop her.
The Archer left his loosy bow for suuupersaoker of cosmos! And night vision.

I love the drawings! But i think the current Mega Blaster looks better than the gun, how about making a 1-handed gun and shield? Nice job on the mace, btw.

Edit: The Bear needs sleaves and the Droid looking helm too! :) and i prefer the first Mage and Archer attempt.

I really wish the devs had based their cyber armor designs off of these at least just a teensy little bit. Gotta say, I'm disappointed with the boring ol' black, seeing what kind of possibilities are out there.

introducing a new weapon type for bears, Iceberg Power-Gloves of the Rift! For Icy hand-to-hand combat, Aoe dmg and freeze!
Oh and And Iceberg Cyber Armor of the rift!

I love all of your armor and designs. Do you know any flash programing? Because the drawings look like they could go great in a flash movie/ game. You would need to made different key frames and buttons though.

Well my holidays are over (for now, lol), i have a 2 minute full 3D commercial (without any combat scene :/) to deliver for friday (T_T) So i Will not post anything until that
