i was just wondering what is condensed essence and how to get it i heard it upgrades mythics but could it upgrade like lvl 31-36 or hows the upgrade

Condensed essence could be purchased through the rogue alchemist(the one beside City of Kely's auction house). It is available for purchase when you have the quest for mythic upgrade; it has no any other use and is not applicable to legendary items.
