I didn't received my platinum..
I followed the procedures and still got nothing..
Nativex won't reply..
I know things happen when its free, but Its 13 Plats!! ;(
Do something NATIVEX!!!

Unfortunately you would have to communicate with NativeX.. Sometimes they would reply and award you with platinum but I've been into occasions wherein nothing happened. Just wait it out and see... Goodluck :)

The last time I emailed them.. they didn't reply.. I think they waited for the downloadable app to expire..

This happen to me too i download the app worth 4 platinum then, i didn't recieve platinum
I follow the procedure too.

They havent been giving me plats for completing stuff either
