With my endgame bear i can beat almost anything, albeit the trouble with 3pc phoenix birds thats cuz i only hav one beckon._. And all of my toons get pwnd by bears ._.

Honestly you just have to cope with it for now. In the meantime, I don't think StS would do anything about it. PvP nowadays is really boring, because the lack of diversity is nothing new at all. You could also choose to quit endgame PvP like I did and stick to some of the lower level PvP ranges.
