Km3??

I need some help guys. I am a lv 36 mage and have been playing since before last halloween, and I have come across km3 in the forums. Can anyone tell me what km3 stands for and where I can find it?

Km3 = Kraken Mines lvl 3
Go to dragon jewel and click explore, then click kraken mines, then, go complete all quest from the lady to get to KM3
