Ur either talking about the shield (orb) from the new mythic oet scorch, or the firebug elixir you can purchase in stronghold.

Fire bug. Either go to Jurn Woods ( first Nordr map ) and talk to Grumble ( he gives you the fire bug but only for that map ) , or buy it via store with plat for a limited amount of time.
