Ok, I see most lvl 50s with the best gear..and they sparkle how do i do that?
What gear do I need for Dex

it depends wat lvl you are. u can start sparkling wen ur lvl 30 cuz thats wen u can equip the gear needed to sparkle... ex swamp rat sets, etc etc etc etc etc etc!

sparkle gear = gears with gear bonus. SO if you equipt all void items (listed above) you get an additional stat bonus and a sparkle.
