Frozen Nightmares

Purchased Frozen Nightmares in a bundle pack but can't figure out how to get to it. I picked up the quests 1000 snowballs and 1000 yeti pelts but there is no "go to" button in the quest screen. When I enter the portal in the Lost Expedition, I can run through all the levels and not get a single snowball or yeti pelt. I'm thinking I don't have the Frozen Nightmares dungeon even though it was part of the bundle pack. Or am I missing something obvious?

you can try making a game at frozen nightmares to check if you really got it. if u dunno how to host a game, the "host a game" button is in the world map.

It says I need to purchase it but it should have come with my bundle (I think). Guess I need to contact support.

I sent an in game email. I think the problem is they changed the contents of bundle pack II. When I look in the platinum store, it now shows I have it purchased. But when I look at what I've purchased, it lists different dungeons. I'll let them sort it out. lol
