connection problems?

Hi there i have a little problem. I have a sony ericson xperia x10 and have downloaded pocket legends without any problems... I made my acc and i just want to start the game... But the patches are the problems... Everytime on patch 002 the game says connection with the server lost and i dont know why :-( plz help
