CS Decimation works?

hey guys, i juz wonder if anyone of you ever try out the subskill decimation under the skill chest splitter. It is stated that it has a chance to explode, causing high dmg to other enemies around them but i cant really feel the effect in pvp. So my question is, does decimation really work and how? Thx in advance!

pretty sure you enemies dont explode in PvP. Decimation is a PvE skill and wont do anything in PvP. I could be wrong. Pretty sure I'm not

i guess u are right, juz tested out with my fren, no explosion at all lmao XD
