Basically, you just take the previous word and post what you you think is similar to it or somehow involves it/related. Basically the first word that pops into your mind when you see it.

Example:

Clothes > Shoes > Walking > Track > Medal > Winner > Prize
...ect...

Lets see what 1 word can turn into! =D
