Well i wanna twink between 5-9. Rogue or warrior. If so, what equips for both, what skills depending on lvl range u recommend and what pet.

10 would be a more ideal level range for twinking instead of 5-9. Get Tarlok gear of the Versatility type, Winter Star Ring, and a Tarlok amulet would do just fine. Malison is a nice and affordable pet that works well.
