Are lock drops affected by level? I run brakenridge with my level 15 Mage and lvl 32 warrior seems like the sorcerer gets more drops ?

Highly unlikely to get an official word on this.
However, it most likely is unaffected by level.
Most likely, you had a hot streak with one character in stead of the other.
Sometimes crates rain for one of my capped toons with just a leprechaun pendant on. Other times, it feels fruitless even with a lick elixir added. Same thing happens with my low level character, too.

Well I'm pretty sure that it's just a coincidence, because my luck is "Almost average" in all my toons
