How long did they have to get this helm after 56 cap release? And how were people able to get the dingy helm and how did they get more than one? I saw a fox with CoP which fox class wasn't even around back then so how did he get it?

I believe dingy helm in back there can be purchase for 5 plat.Correct me if i am wrong.But,thats i got from Apollo post.

When we capped, we were able to buy as many dingys as we want and stash it later, after fox and rhino came they unstash it and crafted to vanity.
