Nooooooooooo. Why let my finger heal first my finger have gone in a surgery yesterday and they removed my nail becuz of ingrown and it became swollen damn bad luck

You would be dead. Humans can't go without sleep for more than 11 days.
Sleep is a required part of life where toxins (several cellular waste products) are removed from the brain as well as the period where some neural damage is repaired (not regrown).
