Perhaps you did not get the email. The new area outside Balefort is what they made for the Holidays.

Snakes, that was for Thanksgiving Holidays. We are releasing TWO areas for the winter break (Christmas, Hanukkah, Festivus, etc.).
Lake Louie (Swamptowne), a whole new towne chock full of quests and lewt) as well as a thematic winter wonderlad that will go away after the season.

Will either of these areas be lvl 45+ for xp? I'm guessing they will at least have a vanity item drop/quest reward?
i know this is one one the dilemmas for the pay scale (only allowing one set of people xp, kills, etc.) but I feel like us upper levels get the shaft (or get it too easy?) in this area. Perhaps you could even release a mid level (30-35 for example) and a 45+ hardcore mode or something?
Just ideas. I'll end up playing them either way. No one can resist the holiday spirit.
